Instead of overanalyzing the “why,” you’ll focus on building new “hows.” You’ll slowly restructure your day, restore energy through meaningful activity, and learn to manage avoidance or emotional numbness with practical support. Every session is guided by a licensed therapist in a calm, private setting at Wooden House Bangkok.

Course Format
Includes 10 private 1:1 therapy sessions (90 minutes each), held in person at Wooden House Bangkok. Language is English only. You may choose your own pace — once or twice per week, or faster — based on your availability. After booking, our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your schedule.

Full payment is required via Eventbrite or direct bank transfer. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds are available up to 14 days before your first session begins.
