Private Therapy Course – Connect with Confidence and Ease

This 10-session private therapy course is designed to help you overcome social anxiety and communicate with greater ease. In a safe 1:1 format, you’ll receive personal guidance, structured exercises, and tools that empower you to connect more confidently — without pressure, judgment, or being “put on the spot.”
Whether your goal is to speak up at work, make new friends, or simply feel more relaxed in everyday conversations, this course gives you the emotional support and skill-building needed to grow at your own pace.
What You’ll Gain
Over the course of the program, you’ll learn to manage anxiety before and during social interactions, express yourself more clearly, and reduce negative self-talk. You’ll begin to feel more in control when speaking up, setting boundaries, or joining group settings — with a stronger belief in your ability to connect authentically.
Course Format
The course includes 10 private sessions (90 minutes each), conducted in person at Wooden House Bangkok. Sessions are available in English only and scheduled based on your availability. Total course fee: 35,000 THB.

Full payment is required via Eventbrite or direct bank transfer. After booking, our team will contact you to arrange your session schedule. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
