Private Therapy Course – Master Your Thoughts with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD

Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you’ll work one-on-one with a licensed therapist to understand the root of your obsessive-compulsive patterns. Across ten sessions, you’ll learn how to manage intrusive thoughts, reduce anxiety without relying on compulsions, and gradually rebuild a calmer, more balanced relationship with your mind.
All sessions are held in a confidential, supportive space at Wooden House Bangkok. Whether you’re dealing with checking, counting, cleaning rituals, or internal mental repetitions, this course helps you move forward at your own pace — no judgment, no pressure.

Course Format and Fee
This is a 10-session private therapy course, with each session lasting 90 minutes. The course fee is 35,000 THB, paid in full through Eventbrite. All sessions are in-person only and take place at Wooden House Bangkok.
