Check-in Process
Our check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) to 20:00 (8:00 PM). If you require early check-in, please let us know in advance—additional charges may apply. Please note that late check-in after 8:00 PM will also get charge.
1. Provide Your Estimated Arrival Time
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, kindly inform us of your estimated time of arrival in advance. We will meet you at the Entrance Signage of A Space Mega 1 for the check-in process.
2. Required Documents
Before your arrival, you must send us the following documents via WhatsApp (+66 629 878 774), Line (@minaphamtc), or our website:
- A photo of your passport’s ID page.
- A photo of your immigration entry stamp.
🚨 Important: Without these documents, we cannot approve your check-in.
3. House Rules to Follow
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
✅ Maximum 2 guests per unit.
❌ No smoking or vaping inside the unit.
❌ No pets allowed.
❌ No loud music or parties.
❌ No direct contact with the building’s management/juristic office—please reach out to us for any assistance.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Check-out Process
Our check-out time is before 12:00 PM. If you need a late check-out, please inform us in advance—additional charges may apply.
Steps for a Smooth Check-out
✔ Leave your key card inside the room.
✔ Turn off all lights and air conditioning before leaving.
✔ Place used towels in the laundry basket or washing machine.
✔ Take photos of the room before leaving and send them to us via WhatsApp or Line.
✔ Ensure that all furniture is in its original position—if anything was moved, kindly place it back.
🚪 Important: Please do not lock the door on your way out.
Need Airport Transportation?
For guests heading to the airport, please plan your departure time carefully:
- Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): 🚕 20-30 minutes by car (without traffic).
- Don Mueang Airport (DMK): 🚕 40-50 minutes by car (without traffic).
🚦 Peak Hour Warning
If you are traveling during peak hours, please allow at least 2 hours to reach the airport due to heavy traffic:
- Morning Rush: 07:00 – 10:00 AM
- Evening Rush: 16:00 – 20:00 PM
- Friday evenings and weekends tend to have heavier traffic throughout the day.
🛫 When to Arrive at the Airport
For international flights, you should be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, as immigration and security lines can be long.
The airports have plenty of food and drink options, so if you arrive early, you can relax and enjoy a meal before your flight.
