Struggling to stay focused or manage daily responsibilities? You’re not alone. This 10-session behavioral therapy course is specifically designed for individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) who want to feel more in control and thrive in their everyday lives.

Therapy takes place in a private, judgment-free environment at Wooden House Bangkok. Whether you’re a student, a working professional, or simply someone trying to get through the day with more ease, this course helps you build momentum without pressure or shame.

Each session is fully private, 90 minutes long, and led by a certified therapist who understands the unique challenges of ADHD.

What You’ll Gain

Over the course of ten sessions, you’ll develop tools to improve focus, plan effectively, and stay calm in stressful situations. You’ll also work on reducing frustration, improving emotional regulation, and regaining a sense of personal agency. The process is practical, supportive, and entirely focused on helping you thrive.

WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY

Amelia T. – United States
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s and honestly didn’t know what to do with that information. I’d spent years blaming myself for being “lazy” or “disorganized.” This course helped reframe everything. The therapist gave me tools that didn’t require me to “fix” myself — just better ways to work with how my brain operates. I’ve finally found a system for planning that doesn’t fall apart by day three.
Oliver J. – United Kingdom
I always struggled with time blindness, emotional reactivity, and constantly starting projects but not finishing them. A friend recommended Wooden House, and I booked the course hoping for real strategies. What I got was even more: validation, structure, and emotional tools that actually work for me. Now I feel more in control of my day — not perfect, but more stable. The sessions made me feel capable again.
Lena R. – Germany
I’m a creative entrepreneur and my ADHD made managing admin work, deadlines, and team communication a daily stressor. These 10 sessions helped me build realistic, flexible routines and taught me how to “zoom out” when I get overwhelmed. The therapist didn’t shame me for being scattered — she helped me create systems I could actually maintain. My productivity is up, but so is my self-trust.
Kenji S. – Japan
I didn’t realize how much ADHD was impacting my emotional regulation until my partner pointed it out. I would get overwhelmed and shut down completely. The therapist at Wooden House helped me untangle those moments and gave me scripts, breathing tools, and scheduling techniques that actually stick. This course gave me more than focus — it gave me back parts of my relationship I thought I’d lost.
Chloe B. – Canada
School was always a struggle, but when I started grad school, I couldn’t keep up anymore. I’d start a paper and end up spiraling for hours. I booked this course after reading about the supportive approach. Each session felt like a reset. We talked about structure, attention traps, and motivation without guilt. My anxiety dropped as my confidence rose. I’m finishing this semester stronger than I ever imagined.
Ethan M. – Australia
As someone newly diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I was overwhelmed by the noise of advice online. This course gave me clarity. It wasn’t about overhauling my life in a week — it was about stacking small, sustainable changes. The therapist worked with me, not against me. I’ve gone from feeling like I’m always behind to actually anticipating what’s next.
Lucas P. – France
ADHD made every morning chaotic — I’d get stuck choosing clothes, forget breakfast, and already feel behind before I even started work. These sessions helped me design a routine that’s simple, not rigid. I learned to anchor my day and build realistic goals, not perfectionist ones. I finally feel like my life has a rhythm I can count on.
