WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY

Nattapong S. – Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok
I’ve always been a top student, but the pressure to stay that way got too intense. I kept comparing myself, overstudying, and getting anxious before every test. These sessions helped me figure out what was mine and what I was carrying from my parents and school environment. The therapist didn’t just help me “cope” — she helped me reframe how I see success. I now sleep better, focus better, and panic less during exams.
Supawadee T. – Mahidol University, Bangkok
I’m in my final year of university, and I was completely burnt out. I couldn’t focus, couldn’t sleep, and felt emotionally disconnected from my studies. I found this course during a low point and decided to give it a try. The therapist helped me separate internal pressure from actual deadlines. Instead of pushing harder, I learned how to study in a way that didn’t drain me. By the last session, I was managing my workload and actually looking forward to learning again.
Emma K. – Bangkok Patana School, Bangkok
I returned to university in my 30s after years of working, and the adjustment was harder than I expected. I felt behind, insecure, and exhausted trying to keep up with younger classmates. This therapy helped me rebuild confidence and develop strategies that worked for my brain and rhythm. The environment at Wooden House felt calm and safe, which made it easier to open up. I’ve now completed my first semester without falling apart — that’s a big win for me.
Pawinee R. – Thammasat University, Bangkok
I’ve struggled with perfectionism since high school — rewriting essays ten times, panicking over a B+. I joined this therapy course after hitting a wall during my master's thesis. What changed wasn’t just my mindset but also my habits. I learned how to challenge perfectionistic thinking and stop catastrophizing grades. I still care about doing well, but now I don’t destroy myself in the process.
Clara W. – NIST International School, Bangkok
As a high school student in an international school, the pressure to perform and get into a “good university” consumed me. I had constant stomach aches and started missing school just to avoid tests. My parents found this course, and I was reluctant at first. But the therapist was kind and didn’t push me. Over the sessions, I learned how to regulate my anxiety, set boundaries with my schedule, and stop equating my grades with my worth. It helped more than I expected.
Chaiyaporn N. – Assumption University, Bangkok
I failed a major exam twice and was starting to think maybe I wasn’t smart enough. This course helped me step out of that self-hate loop. We talked about shame, burnout, and how failure doesn’t define a person. The CBT tools gave me a new way to study and approach stress. I still feel nervous sometimes, but now I don’t freeze — I focus.
Thanakorn P. – Shrewsbury International School, Bangkok
I was juggling part-time work and a full-time degree and felt like I was always behind, no matter how hard I tried. These sessions helped me break the guilt cycle and get real about how I spend my energy. The therapist helped me build sustainable routines that respected both my brain and my nervous system. I still have deadlines, but I don’t collapse every time they come around.
