Overcome OCD Patterns – 10 Private Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Sessions

Private Therapy Course – Master Your Thoughts with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD

Are you caught in a cycle of obsessive thoughts or compulsive behaviors that feel impossible to stop? Even when you logically know these rituals or mental loops don’t make sense, it can feel like you’re not fully in control. This private therapy course is designed to help you break that cycle — gently, clearly, and with lasting support.

Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you’ll work one-on-one with a licensed therapist to understand the root of your obsessive-compulsive patterns. All sessions are held in a confidential, supportive space at Wooden House Bangkok. Whether you’re dealing with checking, counting, cleaning rituals, or internal mental repetitions, this course helps you move forward at your own pace — no judgment, no pressure.

WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY

Alex P. – United States
I’ve lived with checking rituals for years — stove, doors, lights, over and over until I felt exhausted. I’d read about CBT but never had the courage to start. The free consultation at Wooden House made me feel safe enough to commit to the 10 sessions. The therapist broke things down into manageable steps, helping me understand the anxiety behind the checks. By the fifth session, I was already cutting down my rituals by half. It feels like I’m getting my evenings back.
Marina F. – Spain
My OCD showed up mostly as intrusive thoughts — relentless and distressing. I used to think I was just “crazy” for having them. This course helped me see that the thoughts aren’t who I am, and I can respond differently. Each session felt structured but gentle. We practiced techniques that helped me step back from the thoughts instead of fighting them. I’m not “cured,” but I finally feel like I have control again. It’s such a relief.

I came into this course feeling hopeless. I’d tried self-help books, meditation, even avoidance tactics, but nothing worked long-term. What I liked about these sessions is how practical and non-judgmental they felt. The therapist didn’t just listen — we worked on specific exercises for my compulsions. The Wooden House setting helped me relax enough to face uncomfortable triggers. After 10 sessions, I can go through my day without being hijacked by endless rituals.
Hiroshi N. – Japan
OCD was taking over my mornings — washing my hands until they were raw, redoing tasks “just in case.” I found Wooden House online and booked the 15-minute consultation, which instantly felt like the right move. The CBT approach here is direct but kind. My therapist helped me create small challenges that built my confidence. By the end of the course, I had practical tools I could use daily — and my mornings now feel like mine again.
Isabelle M. – Canada
I’ve had counting rituals since I was a kid, but they got worse during a stressful job transition. I booked this course to break free from patterns I thought would never change. The 10 sessions were life-changing. We explored how anxiety fueled the counting, and I learned how to sit with discomfort instead of giving in to the urge. It wasn’t easy, but with each session, I felt stronger. The therapist’s calm guidance made all the difference.
Anna S. – Switzerland
My OCD was more mental — constant looping and “what if” thoughts that wouldn’t let me sleep. The course at Wooden House helped me untangle these loops in a way that felt doable. I appreciated that the therapist focused on both the mind and the body — breathing exercises, grounding tools, and reframing thoughts. I now sleep better, and I’ve stopped engaging with most of my mental rituals. It’s a freedom I didn’t think I’d find.
Lara J. – France
I’ve spent years cleaning excessively, terrified of germs. It made travel and socializing nearly impossible. I found this CBT program through a wellness forum and decided to give it a try while staying in Bangkok. The therapist was patient and created a plan that helped me slowly face my triggers. Now I can eat at restaurants without panic and have cut my cleaning time in half. I’m proud of the progress I made here.
