Over ten private sessions with a trained therapist, you’ll explore your emotional patterns, identify your triggers, and learn how to navigate difficult feelings without reacting impulsively. This course creates a safe, non-judgmental space to work through complex relationship dynamics and gradually develop more stability in your emotional world.

Each session is held in person at Wooden House Bangkok and is tailored to your unique experience. You’ll be guided with care — not criticized or rushed — and encouraged to grow at a pace that feels safe.

What You’ll Gain

Course Format and Fee

This is a private therapy course consisting of ten sessions, each 90 minutes long. It is conducted entirely in English and available only in person. The full course fee is 40,000 THB. Once you book, we will contact you to arrange a customized schedule that suits your availability.

Booking and Consultation

Full payment is required via Eventbrite. After booking, you’ll receive confirmation and be contacted to coordinate your therapy schedule. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that refunds are not available once the first session has started.

All sessions take place in a calm, nature-filled setting at Wooden House Bangkok. The pace is flexible, and you can choose how often you meet — weekly, biweekly, or at an accelerated pace depending on your needs.

No. This course is open to anyone struggling with emotional regulation, relationship conflicts, or mood swings — diagnosis is not required.
