In a safe 1:1 format, you’ll receive personal guidance, structured exercises, and tools that empower you to connect more confidently — without pressure, judgment, or being “put on the spot.”

Whether your goal is to speak up at work, make new friends, or simply feel more relaxed in everyday conversations, this course gives you the emotional support and skill-building needed to grow at your own pace.

What You’ll Gain

Course Format
The course includes 10 private sessions (90 minutes each), conducted in person at Wooden House Bangkok. Sessions are available in English only and scheduled based on your availability. Total course fee: 35,000 THB.
