Through one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist, you’ll be guided to take small, consistent actions that gradually lift you out of depressive cycles — even if you’ve felt stuck for a long time.
Rather than endlessly analyzing what’s wrong, this course focuses on doing what works. You’ll learn to set gentle goals, re-engage with meaningful activities, and create new rhythms that support emotional recovery. Every session is personalized to your pace and needs, offering you space to heal in a quiet, natural setting at Wooden House Bangkok.

Course Format
Includes 10 private therapy sessions (90 minutes each), held in person at Wooden House Bangkok. Language is English only. You may choose to attend once or twice per week, or opt for an accelerated pace depending on your availability. Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your personalized schedule.
Booking & Consultation
Full payment is required upon registration via Eventbrite or direct bank transfer. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds are available up to 14 days before your first session. A free 15-minute pre-consultation is available for anyone unsure about whether this course is the right fit.
