This 10-session private Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program offers personalized 1:1 sessions in a quiet, natural setting at Wooden House Bangkok. You’ll learn how to regulate anxious thoughts, manage stress, and feel more grounded in everyday life — at a pace that works for you.
Instead of a group format, this is fully individualized care. It’s ideal for digital nomads, working professionals, or anyone seeking lasting emotional relief and mental clarity.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll discover how to identify and reframe anxious thought patterns, reduce overthinking, and calm your nervous system. This course also provides strategies for managing insomnia, work-related stress, and emotional overwhelm.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and follows a structured format to help you make real, meaningful progress.
Course Format
This is a 10-session private therapy course. Sessions are held in person, one-on-one with a licensed therapist. You may choose to attend once or twice per week, or complete the program faster with an intensive 2–3 week schedule. All sessions take place at Wooden House Bangkok during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday.
Language of instruction is English only.
Course Fee
35,000 THB for the full 10-session course. This is a one-time payment made in advance to secure your slot.
